Lil Tay, mom win $275K ‘nightmare’ custody battle against dad: attorney

“We have prevailed, justice has prevailed, and God has prevailed!,” rejoiced the influencer’s mother in a statement to The Post.

Here comes a li’l more cash she can hold up to her ear. 

Lil Tay’s not just living — the 14-year-old influencer is living large and in charge, thanks to the cool $275,000 she and her mom Angela Tian were allegedly awarded in their years-long custody dispute against her father, Chris Hope. 

“We have prevailed, justice has prevailed, and God has prevailed!” rejoiced Tian, 45, in a statement provided to The Post Friday via Tay’s purported representatives. 

“We have won our case in court and my children and I can finally move on from this nightmare,” the mother of two continued. “My daughter can pursue and achieve her dreams on her own terms, and we are finally a happy family again, together.”

When asked for official court documents denoting the win, attorneys for Tian and Tay, from Vancouver, Canada, told The Post, “We cannot provide court documents given the minor involved.”
