D-Day looms for a massive proposed rail strike across NSW as one of the state’s most powerful unions and the government prepare to face off in court.
The Combined Rail Unions and the NSW government will meet in front of the Fair Work Commission (FWC) on Tuesday to try and avert what would be a highly embarrassing turn of events were the proposed industrial action to go ahead.
