In winter, ecology and experience programs that young children and the whole family can enjoy together are held in gardens and parks in Seoul. In celebration of the winter vacation, the city of Seoul is operating 65 programs in 10 parks and forests, including Seoul Forest, Namsan Park, and World Cup Park, until next month.● Warm indoor botanical garden exhibition At the exhibition greenhouse tropical hall at Seoul Botanical Garden in Gangseo-gu, the 'Today I am' exhibition will be held until next month. A tropical orchid exhibition will be held under the theme. In this exhibition, you can see over 600 specimens of 16 varieties of rare orchids that are hard to find in Korea, including 28 varieties of ‘Vanda’, which is known to be the most gorgeous of tropical orchids, as well as ‘Cattleya’, ‘Oncidium’, and ‘Dendrobium’. In the Botanical Garden’s Roman Square (Mediterranean Hall), 60 types of ‘winter fairies’ made with red poinsettia flowers and Christmas decorations are hidden throughout the place.
