A Bangladeshi student’s journey in the land of the thunder dragon

As I prepare to bid farewell to Bhutan, the Land of the Thunder Dragon, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey that began in 2019 when I arrived as an undergraduate student at the College of Natural Resources (CNR), Royal University of Bhutan. Funded by the South Asian Foundation’s Madanjeet Singh Scholarship, I came to Bhutan with a dream to learn, grow, and contribute to the field of natural resources management. Little did I know that this small Himalayan kingdom would become my second home and leave an indelible mark on my heart.
