Impact on Formula 1 for the "Horner Case": the investigation that Red Bull had in suspense will discuss justice

The head of the Red Bull Christian Horner team is again in the center of the controversy after the employee who accused him of inappropriate conduct resorted to the British Labor Court, according to the Dutch medium of Telegraaf. Although Horner was acquitted in two internal investigations carried out in 2024, the case remains open in the judicial field.

The scandal broke out in February, at the prelude to the beginning of the season, when Red Bull Racing confirmed that he had hired an external lawyer to investigate the accusations against one of the most relevant faces of the team that comes from dominating the F1 in recent years. Horner, who is in charge of the team since its foundation in 2005, denied the accusations from the beginning.
