A recent study by the CEA Paleotechnical Institute of France has raised a new theory on the construction of the pyramids of Egypt, challenging other traditional explanations.

According to researchers, the ancient Egyptians would have used an advanced hydraulic system to move and position the huge stone blocks that make up these monumental structures.

This finding, based on the analysis of the Zoser pyramid, suggests that the use of water as a technological tool was key in the building of these architectural wonders, which date more than 4,500 years ago.

Water was the main channel where the elements transported inside the construction. (Infobae Illustrative Image)
