Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov became a candidate for academics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This follows from the lists published by the Academy, where Azarov Nikolai Yanovich is among the candidates for the department of the Earth’s RAS. A source familiar with the extension process confirmed to RBC that this is a former Prime Minister of Ukraine.
