Australia braces for “incredibly stupid” tariffs

Australian commodities, pharmaceutical and meat exporters are all tipped to face the wrath of US President Donald Trump as he announces his new tariff plans on Thursday.

Dubbed by the President as ‘Liberation Day’ for America, and Make America Wealthy Again, Mr Trump will announce tariff plans on April 2 at 4pm local time, (7am April 3 AEST).
