After setting a record high, international gold prices started to pull back mode, driving the quotations of domestic gold jewelry brands to fall simultaneously. On April 6, a reporter from Beijing Business Daily randomly visited and found that although Chow Tai Fook, Luk Fu Jewelry and other brands launched promotional activities that cost 80-120 yuan, some stores had gold prices as low as 832 yuan/gram, they failed to activate the market popularity. Many stores had few customers and few buyers placed orders. Analysts expect that in the short term, if the Fed maintains a hawkish stance and inflation data continues to be higher than expected, gold prices may further fall to the support level of $3,000 per ounce. Investors should take a cautious attitude and consider diversifying investments to reduce risks.

Store promotions are difficult to break down

After reaching a historical high, the gold price entered the adjustment stage. Affected by this, brands such as Chow Tai Fook, Luk Fu Jewelry, and Chao Acer have adjusted their full gold quotations on the day. Judging from the online market on April 6, the prices of Chow Tai Fook's gold (jewelry, handicrafts), Chao AG gold jewelry, and Luk Fu Jewelry are all 932 yuan/gram; the prices of Lao Fengxiang's gold are 931 yuan/gram.
