As for the financing of the plan, it is through a fund outside the state’s general budget, and 335 million shekels were devoted to implementing the road between the villages of Al -Eizariya and Al -Zael, and 10 million shekels to plan the alternative road 80, and the Ministry of Communications in the occupation government will provide support for the implementation of this project, which indicates several Israeli sources that financing the road construction will be a Palestinian clearing money, without the Palestinian side to have an opinion on that.
