The Council of Ministers approved at its session today, Sunday, headed by Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, a draft law amending the Real Estate Real Estate Law for the year 2025 AD.

The draft law amended provisions to facilitate the process of removing the common partners, expanding the powers of lands and area for the purposes of facilitating procedures for citizens, reducing time and effort on them, and organizing the workflow by shortening the non -necessary measures, up to best practices.

The draft law also aims to organize the work of the removal committees in the land department, and to agree on the fair value of the expropriation allowance for the purposes of public benefit, whether for roads or other public facilities, and compensation for the damage that may arise as a result of expropriation.

The draft law also includes provisions to facilitate the procedures for granting approvals for the ownership of companies and judges, moral, and foreign people within and outside the organization, especially in the residential complexes outside the regulations, as the current law does not allow their ownership of the property outside the organization, and enable the partners to exploit the unpaved and non -exploited part if the division is consensual.
