Telefónica informed the SMV about the sale of approximately 99.3% of its shares in favor of Integra Tec. This situation does not stop its path to the bankruptcy process against Indecopi, according to specialist.

Telefónica del Perú officially communicated to the Superintendence of the Securities Market (SMV) the liquidation of the extraburstable transfer of more than 5 million 155,831,648 of actions representative of its social capital to the Company Integra Tec Internacional. This operation was carried out in parallel to the bankruptcy procedure that was submitted to Indecopi on February 24.
