Alsumaria News-Policy is preparing Iraq to announce a decision to transfer its accumulated money in the custody of the Lebanese government, in exchange for the fuel payments that have been sent over the past two years, into a fund to contribute to the reconstruction of Lebanon, while discussions about the necessity of Iraq getting guarantees to be transferred to these funds to be transferred to their real doors already.
