VinFast, electrochemical cars, Chinese cars stirred the Vietnamese automobile market in the beginning of 2025

According to the data of the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA) and Hyundai Thanh Cong, the first quarter of 2025 consumed 83,715 vehicles, up 22% over the same period last year. If plus 34,600 VinFast cars, the whole industry reaches 118,315 vehicles, equivalent to nearly 2,000 cars selling every day and a car sold every minute.

Market sales flourish the first 2025 thanks to many factors. In particular, the main highlight is the superior selling level compared to rivals and the wave of Chinese car amphibious.
