Why is Uzbekistan football more and more progressive?

On the King Fahd Stadium on April 20, Uzbekistan lowered the landlord 2-0, despite playing with nine people. This is the second U17 Asian U17 championship of Uzbekistan after the 2012 tournament, but once again confirmed that they were gradually squeezing into the Asian head group.
