Pope Francis' Will emerges [Details]

The Will of Pope Francis has been published.

DAILY POST reported that the Catholic Church worldwide was thrown into mourning on Monday following the confirmation of the passing of the Catholic pontiff, Pope Francis.

The Vatican confirmed that Pope Francis died at the age of 88.

Born Jorge Mario Bergoglio, Francis was elected pope on March 13, 2013, becoming the first Latin American leader of the Roman Catholic Church.

And his Will has been published on the Holy See’s website. The document is titled “Testament of the Holy Father Francis” and dated June 2022.

It includes Pope Francis’ desire to be buried in a “simple” tomb and also the location of the tomb.

The Will also says he offers to God the suffering of his later years “for peace in the world and brotherhood among peoples”.
