Water supply works carried out in New Ross following electrical failure

Uisce Éireann is working to restore the water supply to homes and businesses in the Hewittsland area of New Ross, following an electrical failure at the reservoir on Monday night.

Expert water service crews were dispatched and are working with the ESB to minimise disruption and carry out the required repair works, with every effort being made to complete this work as quickly as possible. Works are scheduled to take place until Tuesday evening.

Alternative water supplies have been made available at the Apex car park and the Community Hospital car park.
