Foreign Minister Rubio has reported that he will not come to the peace meeting on Wednesday in London, which suggests Trump is stamping out.
On Friday, it was first announced by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and just shortly thereafter it was confirmed by President Trump. If Russia or Ukraine is "troublesome" and will not enter into a peace agreement, the United States will soon leave the negotiations for peace and deal with something else.
Although Trump describes himself as the champion of all negotiations, and he guaranteed peace of 24 hours for months after taking over the presidential office, an agreement continues to be illusory. Admittedly, the peace guarantee of 24 hours was changed to 100 days, but basically Trump's envoys have not got the parties closer.
