[CNMO Technology News] On April 22, Huawei released the industry's first full liquid-cooled megawatt fast charging solution. The peak power of this solution is 1.5 megawatts, and it can replenish 20 kWh per minute. The maximum charging current is as high as 2400 amperes (can be stable for 15 minutes). It takes only 15 minutes to complete the full-charge cycle of the 300-degree battery pack, and the energy replenishment efficiency is nearly 4 times higher than that of traditional fast charging piles. It is understood that Huawei has joined hands with 11 car companies to jointly develop more than 30 4C super-charged heavy trucks, which are widely used in high-frequency operating scenarios such as ports and mines. With the help of V2G (vehicle to grid) technology, intelligent interaction between charging piles and power grid is realized. At the same time, the intelligent dispatching system developed by Huawei and State Grid can dynamically allocate charging power, reducing the peak load of the power grid by 40%. Huawei MW supercharge is not only suitable for electric heavy trucks, but is also compatible with various models such as passenger cars and construction machinery, and supports 99% of the existing models to plug and play charging. In the pilot project of Yantian Port in Shenzhen, electric heavy trucks have achieved closed-loop operation of "15 minutes of charging + 4 hours of operation", and the operating cost is reduced by 35% compared to diesel vehicles. At present, Huawei has reached strategic cooperation with logistics companies such as SF Express and JD.com, and will deploy the first batch of 5,000 electric heavy trucks that are suitable for megawatt supercharged. In addition, Huawei will also actively participate in the formulation of a megawatt-class charging protocol to promote the establishment and improvement of industry standards. ...
