Western Australia's Corruption and Crime Commission has found staff conduct at Rockingham Hospital 'didn't reach the threshold for a reasonable suspicion of serious misconduct'.

Hospital staff  have been cleared of serious misconduct by anti-corruption authorities after he was reportedly placed alive in a body bag at the morgue.

Palliative care patient Kevin Reid, 55, died in Rockingham General Hospital, south of Perth, last September.

Nurses allegedly believed he died on the night of September 5 and informed the family before transferring him to the morgue without issuing a death certificate.
